Microsoft Teams: Copilot Chat for chats, channels, calls, and meetings in GCC, GCC High, and DoD
Ship Outcomes, Not Chat
What it is
Microsoft Teams: Copilot Chat for chats, channels, calls, and meetings in GCC, GCC High, and DoD. Tags: Copilot, Teams. Roadmap id 569214.
What it does
Copilot Chat will soon be available across chats, channels, calls, and meetings, helping users stay informed and catch up quickly. GA date: October CY2026
What to worry about
Search-plus-chat is useful discovery. Do not mistake fluent answers for shipped outcomes.
What it means for users
Treat Copilot as the door people already open. Route work through agents that finish steps under identity and audit.
